Role Description This internship role is a hybrid position based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to 'work from anywhere' for most responsibilities. The Intern will assist in designing and supporting workshops, coaching sessions, and events, including preparing 'material for play', coordinating logistics, and capturing key insights.

Day-to-day tasks may include researching & ideating play, improv, design thinking, and storytelling,



drafting presentations and communication assets, and helping manage community engagement. This internship offers hands-on exposure to facilitation, content creation, and innovation practices in a playful, experimental setting. The stipend will be minimal, though the experience would be enriching, and you will get to participate in workshops and events yourself.

Qualifications
Candidates need to have a thing for Play. Their work/portfolio should speak of being playful.
Candidates should possess the knack of creation. They will be working on play-based material which will need design skills.
Candidates should possess strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to write clearly, present ideas, and adapt messages for different audiences.
Candidates should possess creativity and problem-solving skills, including comfort with brainstorming, improvisation, and experimenting with current approaches.
Interest in improv, design thinking, facilitation, or creative coaching is highly beneficial.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in communications, design, psychology, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Open to more than a summer internship.
