Positron Energy Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Finance & Accounts to lead our Finance & Accounting function and drive financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team and oversee end-to-end financial operations.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, MIS reporting, and cash flow management.
Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, and regulatory requirements.
Manage financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.
Handle banking relationships, working capital management,



and financial analysis.
Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and business recommendations.

Qualification & Experience:
CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in a listed company will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
