Role and Responsibilities-
Lead the design team and ensure timely completion of all design activities.
Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documents.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Production, and Clients for design requirements.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and project specifications.
Guide, train, and support the design team in technical matters.
Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
Improve design processes, maintain records, and encourage innovation.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
