Perform and review detailed engineering calculations to validate system design parameters (heating, cooling loads, air conditioning, etc.)

Preparing schematic, detailed drawings that illustrate layout of MEP system. Specifying equipment types and capacities.
N
Preparing detailed reports specifications and schedules and list of equipments for MEPF systems
N
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to develop requirement-specific solutions.
N
Interact with TechnicalConsultant to ensure design achievability.
N
Ensure to provide quality design and on-time delivery.
N
Prepare design tools and methods competence and implement valuable design practices.
N
Reviews MEP-Design for planning, designing, cost estimating.
N




Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications.

Bachelor's degreein Mechanical Engineering

LEED certification or other sustainability certifications.

8 to 15 years of Experience in sustainable design and energy-productive systems.

Knowledge of building automation systems and smart building technologies.
