Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year.

The Information Technology Sales Executive is a full time, in office role based in Noida. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and nurturing long-term client relationships in the IT and digital transformation space. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The role involves close collaboration with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure successful onboarding.

The Sales

Executive is expected to maintain an active sales pipeline, meet or exceed revenue targets, and provide regular reporting and market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to effectively position digital transformation and product engineering solutions.

Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build, develop,



and retain a high-quality client portfolio.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and client-facing interaction abilities.

Candidates should possess solid understanding of B2B sales processes, including chance qualification, proposal development, and deal closing.

Candidates should possess familiarity with digital technology trends, software services, and enterprise IT environments.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in sales documentation and forecasting.

Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively in a target-driven environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in IT or technology services sales is highly desirable.
