About the Role We are looking for a Guest Relations Associate with a solid hospitality background to manage end-to-
end guest communication and ensure seamless guest experiences across our serviced apartment portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with guest relations experience who understand service standards, guest handling, and hospitality professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Manage guest communication before, during, and after their stay
Coordinate smooth check-ins and check-outs
Handle guest queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Ensure properties are guest-ready in coordination with housekeeping and operations teams
Maintain high guest satisfaction (CSAT) and brand reputation
Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions
Share structured feedback with operations to improve service standards Requirements
1–3 years of experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or hospitality operations
Experience in guest relations preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle guest escalations calmly and professionally
Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams
Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting Preferred
Experience working with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
Exposure to hospitality service standards and SOPs
