As we expand, we are looking for a Head of Learning & Research to lead the intellectual heart of KCITE. The Role

Experience working with Cambridge and/or IB schools is preferred.

This is not a traditional academic position.

We are looking for someone who is deeply curious about learning, passionate about educational research, and excited to transform research into meaningful skilled learning experiences for educators.

You will lead the design of KCITE's learning ecosystem—from courses and leadership programmes to research publications, conferences, podcasts, and thought leadership.

Your work will influence thousands of educators across schools and institutions.





Preferred

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Education, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Curriculum, Leadership, or a related field.

8–12+ years of experience in education, teacher career development, instructional design, educational research, or school leadership.

Experience designing professional learning programmes.

Robust understanding of adult learning, instructional design, assessment, and educational technology.

Experience publishing research or leading evidence-based initiatives is highly desirable.
