Mandatory Experience:
Candidates must have experience in the Civil & Construction industry.
Prior experience in internal auditing, compliance, and site audit activities is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits across project sites to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform regular site visits to verify operational, material, and financial records.
Review and audit project-related documents, inventory records, and site expenses.
Identify process gaps, operational risks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, statutory requirements, and company standards.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve audit observations and implement corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with approved processes across all construction sites.
