Hiring: Java Technical Lead

Thinking Code Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, architecture ownership, and engineering mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design and architecture of scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
Write, review, and maintain high-quality, well-tested Java code.
Guide the team through project delivery and technical decision-making.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
Drive engineering excellence in testing, CI/CD, security, observability, and clean coding practices.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and production issues.
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and fostering a strong engineering culture.





Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of qualified software development experience with robust Java expertise.
Deep knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and related technologies.
Experience designing and developing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems is preferred.
