Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document verification, background verification, and onboarding of recent employees.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers with accuracy.
Organize employee engagement initiatives, monthly celebrations, team-building activities, recognition programs, and HR events.
Manage employee exit formalities, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, full & final documentation coordination, clearance process,



and issuance of relieving and experience letters.
Assist in attendance management, leave administration, employee documentation, and other day-to-day HR operations.
Support office administration activities, including vendor coordination, office asset management, travel arrangements, stationery procurement, facility management, and maintaining office records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain confidentiality of employee information, and support HR audits when required.
Perform any other HR, recruitment, or administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile
01 to 5 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of US IT Staffing
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment processes
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
