Responsibilites:
Managing recruitment process, including resume screening.scheduling interviews and cunducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Help in adresssing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Assist in preparing and preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Managing employee onboarding and seoaration process
Helping in implementing and managing HRpolicies and procedures
Help in organising training programs for employees
Maintain HR records
Qualification:
1 years to 3years experience in recruitment/HR
A Masters degree/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS-office
