Job Title: IT Manager

Work Location: Mahavir Skoda - Hyderabad

Department: Information Technology

Key Responsibilities
Manage IT operations across corporate offices, showrooms, workshops, and branch locations.
Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, firewalls, and IT infrastructure.
Ensure data security, system backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with IT policies.
Manage ERP/DMS and other business applications.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMCs, software licensing, and IT projects.
Monitor IT assets, budgets, and infrastructure upgrades.
Provide technical guidance and resolve critical IT issues.
Support current branch setups and travel to branches whenever required.

Required Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), Firewall Management, ERP/DMS, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure Management, Vendor Management, Team Leadership, IT Project Management, Budget Management, and Solid Communication & Problem-Solving Skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
