Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for enterprise network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within SLA.




Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Implement network changes, upgrades, and patches.
Coordinate with L3 engineers and vendors for critical incidents.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and SOPs.
Ensure network security by implementing ACLs, NAT, VPNs, and firewall policies.
Support data center networking and disaster recovery activities.
