We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer – IT to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support and administration, along with expertise in firewall management, networking, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot Fortigate Firewall, Microsoft 365, and Aruba AP settings.
Provide IT infrastructure support for laptops, desktops, servers, Cisco routers, and IPBX systems.
Oversee Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, and File Server management.
Maintain and monitor door access controllers, time attendance machines, and related hardware components.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, security, and system performance.
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery protocols are in place.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in IT,



Computer Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in IT Infrastructure Support and Administration.

Strong technical proficiency in
Networking & Security: Fortigate Firewall, Aruba AP, Cisco Routers
System Administration: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, File Server
IT Hardware & Software: Laptops, Desktops, Servers, IPBX Systems, Door Access Controllers, Time Attendance Machines
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and support a rapid-paced IT environment.
