Job Overview
We are hiring International Customer Care Executives for our team in Noida Sector 60. If you have experience in an International Voice Process and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, this is a excellent chance to grow your career with a dynamic and professional organization.
Only candidates with International Voice BPO experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through voice support.
Deliver excellent customer service while resolving customer queries efficiently.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction on every call.
Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.
Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate teams when required.
Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and service standards.
Required Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 6 months of experience in International Voice BPO (Mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
