You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound international customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls, emails, and chat professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information to customers in a timely manner.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.




Follow company protocols and maintain data confidentiality.

Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work in a rotational shifts/night shifts.
Robust customer service orientation.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage various communication channels effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting interactions.

QUALIFICATION:
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
Experienced candidates with up to 5 years in international voice/blended processes are preferred.
