Job Title: IT Manager

Job Summary:

The IT Manager is responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, technical support, and client technology-related queries. The role ensures system reliability, security, operational efficiency, and timely resolution of internal and client-facing technology issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and business applications.
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.
Lead IT support and resolve technical issues within SLA.
Handle client technology queries, system access requests, integrations, and technical escalations.
Coordinate with clients on application issues, system enhancements, and implementation support.
Manage IT vendors, software licenses, and technology assets.
Implement automation, BOTs,



APIs, and process improvements.
Monitor system performance, uptime, and compliance.
Lead and develop the IT team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of IT experience with team management responsibilities.
Experience in infrastructure management, client support, and application troubleshooting.
