We are looking for a agile Junior Merchant to join our team. Uniba Clothing(P) Limited is India's largest uniform manufacturing company. The role involves managing key client accounts, coordinating closely with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of orders for both uniform garments.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their product requirements
Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for garments and uniforms
Coordinate with vendors for sampling, costing, production, and timely deliveries
Oversee order tracking, quality checks, and dispatch planning
Ensure seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and suppliers
Maintain documentation, reports, and follow-ups for all active orders
Required Experience & Skills
2–3 years of experience in merchandising or account management (preferably in footwear, garments, or uniforms)
Solid communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and vendor interactions
Knowledge of footwear (safety shoes, formal shoes) and uniform garments is preferred
Qualifications Graduate or Diploma holder in Leather, Garments, or related fields.
