Panzer Technologies is hiring an HR Help Desk & Support Qualified to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees. This role requires a proactive, confident individual to ensure smooth operations at the front office, as well as assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management:
Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
Notify company personnel of visitor arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Security & Telecommunications:
Maintain security by following procedures and issuing visitor badges.
Operate the telecommunication system, managing house phones and console operations.

Support to Marketing Managers:
Answer calls, take messages, and schedule meetings for marketing teams.

Record Keeping:
Maintain employee and department directories, keeping visitor logs and records updated.
Support teams by documenting actions and communicating irregularities or needs.

Reception Area Maintenance:
Ensure the reception area is clean and organized, following all company rules and regulations.

Team Collaboration:




Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and helping maintain work continuity.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Any Graduate (UG), Any Postgraduate (PG)

Skills:
Proficiency in English & Hindi (both spoken and written).
Proficient in MS-Office and MS-Excel.
A bold and confident personality with a skilled demeanor.

Perks

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (9-hour shift).

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 days working).

Cab Facility: One-drop cab service is provided for employees within 7 km from the office location.
