Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects—spanning infrastructure, software, and digital transformation—on time, within budget, and aligned to scope.

Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.

Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, business analysts) and stakeholders across geographies to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation.

Track project KPIs, budget variances, and scope changes; deliver weekly status reports to leadership with data-backed recommendations.





Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for Agile projects; drive continuous improvement across delivery cycles.

Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and issue resolution.
