Job Summary

We are looking for a agile Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth through the B2B and HoReCa channels. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in distributor management, institutional sales, customer acquisition, and business development within the FMCG/Food industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across the assigned territory through B2B and HoReCa channels.

Develop and manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional customers.

Appoint and manage distributors to ensure market coverage and product availability.

Identify current business opportunities and onboard key accounts.





Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.

Execute promotional activities and monitor market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. Requirements

4+ years of experience in B2B and HoReCa sales.

Solid network within the HoReCa and institutional sales segment.

Experience in distributor and channel management.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
