Internship Module – HR & Recruitment Intern
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles for Raipur and remote locations
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and track hiring pipeline
Manage daily employee attendance and leave records
Assist in basic payroll processing and maintain related data
Handle employee grievances and provide initial support
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports
Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
