Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
Ensure guests are comfortably seated and attended to promptly.
Build rapport with regular and VIP guests.
Guest Feedback & Issue Handling
Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for quick resolution of issues.
Collect guest feedback and share insights with management.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with service staff and managers to ensure smooth table turnover and service flow.
Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special occasions to relevant teams.
Brand Standards & Grooming
Maintain qualified appearance and grooming as per brand standards.
Ensure adherence to service etiquette and hospitality SOPs.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain guest records, feedback logs, and reservation details.
Support promotional events, special dining experiences, and guest engagement activities.
