Role Description The HR Intern role at Qulus is an in office internship based in Chennai. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

Responsibilities will also include maintaining HR records, supporting onboarding procedures, and helping organize employee engagement initiatives and events. The HR Intern will assist in preparing HR reports, updating internal databases, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.



This role provides exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced consulting environment and offers opportunities to learn from experienced HR specialists.

Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of Human Resources practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and data.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and team members.

Comfort with using MS Office tools and HR-related software or databases; ability to learn new systems quickly.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Proactive, collaborative mindset with willingness to take initiative and support multiple tasks.

Interest in technology, consulting, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
