NWe are looking for a Headof Travel Claims to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing the claims management process, coordinating with our insurance and TPA partners, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims, and monitoring the overall performance of the claims department. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating claims, coordinating with various teams to ensure effective claims workflows, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

NThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior manager,



preferably with travel claims experience with a leading insurer / TPA, to step into a leadership role with an exciting, rapidly growing Insurtech. You will receive autonomy to build your function, a great work setting, and ESOPs in a rapid growing company. The ideal candidate will have

N· 3 to 10 years of experience in Claims management, preferably travel

N· Strong track record with a leading general/health insurer or travel TPA

N· Extraordinary customer-focus, empathy, and attention to detail

N· Entrepreneurial mindsetand the drive to build a leading business from the early days
