Installation & Commissioning
Install field instruments, sensors, transmitters, and control devices as per project requirements.
Support in testing and commissioning of current instrumentation systems.
Calibration & Maintenance
Perform calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment.
Inspect and verify control loops and instrumentation circuits regularly.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose and repair faulty instruments, transmitters, and control systems.
Provide technical support during plant startup, shutdown, and maintenance activities.
Process Monitoring & Control
Monitor process parameters such as pressure, temperature,
flow, and level.
Ensure smooth operation of automation and control systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA).
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, calibration, and testing activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Coordination & Team Support
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and operations teams for seamless plant operation.
Participate in project execution, commissioning, and continuous improvement activities.
