Role Overview

As an HR Intern at The Digital Fifth, you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition,

onboarding, and HR operations functions, helping us identify, attract, and onboard the right talent while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes. Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), campus drives, and referrals

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling with candidates and interviewers

Support campus hiring initiatives, including coordination with colleges and tracking recruitment timelines

Draft and update job descriptions in line with hiring needs

Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities

Manage offer rollout, documentation, and background verification coordination

Own end-to-end onboarding for new joiners, including joining formalities, documentation, and induction scheduling

Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases and trackers are accurate and up to date

Support HR operations tasks such as attendance, leave tracking, and policy documentation

Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-facing HR documents





Act as a point of contact for new joiners during their first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong quantitative, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and trackers

Solid problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Proactively take charge of assignments and drive them to completion.
