Key Responsibilities
Conduct IELTS training sessions for students preparing for Academic and General IELTS.
Teach all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Assess students' language proficiency and prepare personalized study plans.
Conduct mock tests and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
Guide students with exam strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques.
Track student progress and maintain performance records.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam pattern and teaching methodologies.
Coordinate with the counseling team to support students throughout their study abroad journey.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as an IELTS Trainer (Freshers with excellent IELTS scores may also be considered).
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Solid knowledge of IELTS exam structure and evaluation criteria.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor students to achieve their desired band scores.
Certification in IELTS, TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA will be an added advantage.
