Role Description This is a full time, on role based in the Pune Division.

The Job

Title role involves supporting the end-to-end manufacturing process for refinery-related equipment and heavy fabrications. Day-to-day responsibilities may include reviewing technical drawings, coordinating with production teams, monitoring fabrication activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role may also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and assisting in process improvements to enhance efficiency and product reliability.



The position is suited to individuals who are comfortable working in a hands-on industrial workplace and contributing to project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid technical understanding of manufacturing processes related to pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and heavy fabrications.
Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards (such as API and ASME codes).
Candidates should possess skills in quality control, inspection, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements in an industrial setting.
Candidates should possess skills in coordination and communication for working with production, design, and procurement teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in fabrication, refinery equipment, or heavy engineering manufacturing will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and adapt to project-based workloads.
