HR Manager – Hospital | Mumbai

Seeking an HR professional with 4–5 years of hospital experience to manage We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations in our hospital. The role includes recruitment, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and coordination with clinical and non-clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding for all hospital departments.
Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, S&E; Act, audits).
Maintain HR policies, documentation, and MIS reports.
Coordinate appraisal cycles, training needs, and engagement activities.
Oversee attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
4–5 years of HR experience in a hospital setting.
Robust communication, compliance knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced healthcare workplace.
