We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen interest in Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate should have foundational knowledge of running paid campaigns and a solid willingness to learn, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive measurable results.

Experience: 0.5 to 3 years (Only in paid marketing)

Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation
Monitor and track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
Conduct basic A/B testing for ad creatives and campaign performance improvement
Assist in setting up and managing tracking tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with team members to improve campaign strategies and execution

Requirements:




0.5–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (internships/training included)
Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus
Understanding of conversion tracking and digital marketing metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn and ability to manage multiple tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
