Role Description The BFSI Trainer (Internship) role at MindClub Foundation involves delivering structured training sessions on housing Finance, and General Insurance concepts to learners from diverse backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, presentations,



and activities and coordinate with the team through digital platforms. Qualifications

Must have minimum 3 yrs of experience in BFSI Training or teaching of Insurance/Housing Finance to students

B.Com/M.Com or BBA/MBA in Finance

Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage diverse learners

Basic proficiency with teaching tools and learning platforms (e.g., video conferencing tools, presentation software, spreadsheets) Project: CSR of Bajaj Finserv

Mode: Physical classroom Training

Location: Trainer from any location can apply and get chance in his/her own location

Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 PM

Term: 1 month to 6 months
