Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily outbound operations: Coordinate the picking, packing, and loading of goods.
Manage dispatch scheduling: Plan transport routes and assign vehicle schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Verify documentation: Check invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, and e-way bills for accuracy.
Lead warehouse staff: Supervise loaders, packers, and data entry operators to maintain productivity.
Track shipments: Monitor real-time transit status and resolve delivery delays with transporters.
Maintain inventory accuracy: Reconcile physical stock with Warehouse Management System (WMS) records.
Ensure safety compliance: Enforce warehouse safety protocols and secure cargo loading procedures.
