Eligibility
MBA in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management (Preferred)
Candidates with relevant qualifications in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or Healthcare Management may also be considered.
Prior teaching experience including freshers preferred
Industry experience in hospitals or healthcare institutions is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom lectures and practical sessions in Hospital Administration.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and interactive learning activities.
Maintain academic records and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
Support student placements, internships, and academic projects.
Coordinate with the Academic Operations Manager to ensure quality education and student success.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust knowledge of hospital operations and healthcare management.
Good interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
