Identify and approach hospitals, diagnostic centres, medical colleges and healthcare organisations with recruitment requirements.
Connect with hospital owners, directors, HR heads and other key decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, emails and referrals.
Understand and document the client’s hiring needs, salary budget, timelines and preferred candidate profile.
Present the company’s recruitment services and negotiate fees, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
Convert prospective clients into active recruitment mandates and complete the required onboarding formalities.
Coordinate with the recruitment team and ensure timely sharing of candidates, interviews and client feedback.
Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat requirements and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, placements and revenue.
