Drive business development through doctor referrals, corporate tie-ups, TPAs, and insurance partners.

Plan and implement branding, promotional campaigns, health camps, and community outreach activities.

Build and maintain robust relationships with consultants, referral doctors, and corporate clients.

Identify recent business opportunities and expand the hospital's market presence.

Monitor marketing performance, competitor activities, and market trends.

Coordinate with clinical and management teams for service promotions.

Lead the marketing team and ensure achievement of monthly and annual business targets.

Required Skills Robust experience in Hospital Marketing & Business Development.

Expertise in Corporate Tie-ups, Referral Marketing, and Branding.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Experience in a reputed Multi Speciality Hospital is mandatory.

MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
