Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to maintain, upgrade, and manage our IT systems.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and provide technical support to users.





Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory).
Support Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and network connectivity.
Perform regular backups and ensure data security.
Document issues, solutions, and system configurations.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
Experience with firewalls, switches, and access points.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1+ years of experience in IT support or similar role.
Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
