Source and screen nurses/healthcare staff.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (nursing preferred).
Knowledge of job portals & social media hiring.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
