Role Description The Hospitality Qualified will provide courteous, efficient service to guests, ensuring a consistently positive experience from arrival to departure. Daily responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, responding to inquiries, coordinating check-in and check-out processes, and supporting food & beverage service as needed. The role involves maintaining clean and organized public areas, collaborating with other hotel departments, and promptly addressing guest concerns or requests.

This is a full-time, in office role located in Bhuj,



requiring a strong commitment to hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences.

Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.

Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality Service practices in a hotel setting.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B; teams.

Prior experience in hotels or hospitality is preferred; entry-level candidates with a passion for service are also encouraged to apply.

Basic computer skills for handling reservations, guest records, and internal communication systems.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
