Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track vehicles throughout transit to ensure real-time shipment visibility.
Coordinate with drivers before dispatch regarding routes, documentation, customer requirements, and escalation procedures.
Verify vehicle and driver details before dispatch to ensure compliance.
Provide regular shipment status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Update truck allocation, shipment movement, and milestones in Feeder IQ.
Prepare and maintain seal reports, vehicle tracking reports, and transit reports.
Ensure accurate Traqo billing entries and support documentation.
Coordinate with transporters, operations, and customers to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Escalate delays or operational issues promptly.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced setting.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory.
