Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities for manufacturing and production roles.
Source potential candidates through online channels, databases, and qualified networks.
Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with background checks and reference checks as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.




Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced and team-oriented setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be eligible to work in India.

Qualifications
Prior internship or volunteer experience in a recruitment or HR setting is a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments is advantageous.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in HR and recruitment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
