As an HR Operations qualified at Cult.Fit, you will play a crucial role in the HR team, focusing on streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee experiences, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, handling employee queries, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs that foster a positive work workplace and align with our company culture.

Support performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback collection.
