We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Managing recruitment operations and coordination
HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Statutory compliance and documentation
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations and Compliance
Robust understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools is preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
