Role Description The Hotel Operations Manager at The Park Elanza Hotels in Coimbatore oversees daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards across all departments. This full time, in office role includes supervising front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to maintain operational efficiency and brand consistency. The person in this role monitors guest feedback, resolves service issues, and implements initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and overall guest experience.

Responsibilities also include coordinating staffing and scheduling, supporting training and development of team members, managing budgets and cost controls, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality,



and hotel policies.

Manager collaborates closely with leadership to execute strategic plans and uphold Park Elanza’s commitment to luxury and excellence.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills with experience overseeing multiple hotel departments and daily workflows.

Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service in a luxury or upscale hospitality environment.

Excellent Communication skills, including transparent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication with guests and team members.

Experience in Training, coaching, and developing staff to maintain service standards and operational best practices.

Relevant hotel or hospitality management experience, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.

Solid understanding of hotel revenue, cost control, and basic financial reporting.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.

Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.
