Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Maintain quality standards and achieve performance targets.




Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
