Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and deliver quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Screen, interview, and negotiate offers with candidates.
Handle client communication and understand hiring priorities.
Draft compelling job descriptions and job posts.
Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients.
Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment data.
Stay updated with changing client requirements and adapt hiring strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and client handling.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
