Role Description The Interior Design Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role involves developing interior design concepts, creating layouts, and planning functional spaces that align with client needs and brand standards. The specialist will select and coordinate furniture and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), prepare mood boards and presentations, and collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure accurate execution.

Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, assessing site conditions,



refining design proposals, supervising implementation quality, and maintaining transparent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically balanced layouts.

Hands-on experience working with Furniture and FF&E; selection, specification, and coordination.

Effective Communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and clear presentation of design concepts.

Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with material and finish specifications.

Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design or a related field, and prior experience in residential or furniture-focused projects.

Robust attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects on-site in Gurugram.
