Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Helper to support our production team. The ideal candidate will assist machine operators, handle materials, maintain cleanliness in the work area, and ensure smooth production operations while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Assist machine operators during production activities.
Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
Operate cranes or approved material-handling equipment for heavy materials (where applicable).
Move materials between departments using trolleys or other approved methods.
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
Clean machines, tools, and the production area regularly.
Assist in machine setup and changeover activities when required.
Segregate scrap and dispose of waste as per standard procedures.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
Follow safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Report machine issues, safety hazards, or material shortages to the Production Supervisor.
Support other departments whenever required.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 8th Pass / 10th Pass / ITI (Preferred)




Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of manufacturing or production work.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
Positive teamwork and discipline.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to safely lift and move materials.

Safety Responsibilities
Wear safety shoes, gloves, goggles, and other required PPE.
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
Maintain 5S housekeeping standards in the work area.
Immediately report any unsafe conditions or incidents.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in an engineering or manufacturing company will be an advantage.
