HR Recruiter The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on bulk hiring for Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, and coordination skills and be fluent in Tamil and English.

Requirements Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle bulk recruitment for Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.

Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

Schedule and manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring events.

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.





Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring status updates. What we Expect from you? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Experience in Non-IT bulk recruitment, preferably in the Hospital and Insurance sectors.

Tamil and English language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
