Key Deliverables
Manage end-to-end implementation of Rippling products for clients.
Drive product adoption by ensuring customer goals and timelines are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance product functionality.
Contribute to the development and documentation of implementation processes and best practices.
Role Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to implement Rippling's suite of products.
Oversee the project management of multiple simultaneous implementations.
Ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams.
Provide valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
